The heart of the 990XP branch chipper is the 24-inch diameter by 18.75-inch wide drum, equipped with four staggered knife pockets and dual edge reversible knives. A 3.5-inch diameter chipper shaft with 2 15/16-inch pillow-block mounted roller bearings provide durability and longevity.
