Rebar Hook, chain positioning assembly

The FallSafe FS060 rebar chain assembly is designed to be used
as a single-person positioning device on rebar forms, and features
2 double-locking snap hooks and a large swiveling rebar hook
(designed to fit a Symon’s Form). Must be used for positioning
purposes only.
